Eligibility: Anyone who will have reached the age of 50 by December 31, 2018
Tournament format: 4-round Open Swiss, CFC rated.
CFC membership is required and may be purchased on site. Annual membership is $43, tournament membership is $21.
Time Control: Game in 90 minutes + 30 seconds/move

Sunday, March 18
Rounds 3, 4: 12 PM, 4 PM or ASAP
Default late time is 60 minutes. A 30-minute break between games is guaranteed.
Entry Fee: $10
Prizes: Sum of entry fees. The winner, if Albertan, receives a travel grant of up to $300 towards a trip to either the 2018 Alberta Seniors Championship (Calgary, May 12-13) or the 2018 Canadian Seniors Championship (Calgary, August 3-6).
Byes: A maximum of two ½ point byes available in rounds 1-3 if requested before the start of round 1.
