Our chess meetup tonight was successful, we had players ages 7 to 39 showed up at the community area at Elevation Place. We also had a surprise beverages from Starbucks Canmore. We did couple of informal round-robins and it was fun. Thanks to all the chess players who showed up tonight. 
We are looking to run another chess meetup on Tuesday (March 1) 6 PM til 7.30 PM at Elevation Place. It’s a free event and this is just for fun. Its all inclusive for any age and any levels. Learners are welcome. For more information, please send me a message:Canmore Chess Club
